The aim of Conference is to provide a platform for academics, researchers, professionals, administrators, educational leaders, policy makers, industry representatives, advanced students, and anyone in the domain of interest from around the world to discuss Coffee and Cacao. 

 

The conference focuses on the science of cocoa, chocolate, coffee and related products, offering an interdisciplinary discussion arena for scientists dealing with different aspects of chemistry, technology, metabolomics, nutraceutics, and/or health, issues related to these three popular foods whose consumption is associated with many social and cultural implications.

Please note that speakers are encouraged to submit a full paper before the conference. In addition, all the submitted full papers will be published conference proceedings having ISBN as well as a conference library page.

Abstract Submission

You must apply to the conference by sending a abstract summary. The summary evaluation process takes a maximum of 3 days. The author is informed without delay as to the result of the evaluation. Your abstracts must be in the 200-300 word range. You must send your abstracts in word / doc format to   info@discoveranatolia.org  by November 15, 2021 at the latest.

Full Text Submission
There is no full text requirement in our conference. If you want to publish your full texts in the proceedings book, you must send your FULL TEXTS to
info@discoveranatolia.org address by December 10th, 2021 at the latest after your abstract is accepted.​

GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER

Since the conference has an INTERNATIONAL nature, it is mandatory to send an abstract in English.
Full Text Writing Rules
- Times New Roman, 12 pt. (Manuscript title, author names, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and keywords should all be in 12 pt.

For parts such as graphics, tables
the font size of the author can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)
- Give the line spacing 1.25
- Do not indent at the beginning of the paragraph from the left.
- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold
- Citation and Bibliography should be arranged in APA style.
- Your full texts must be at least 5 pages.
- ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS, CONCLUSION AND REFERENCES in your full texts
parts of it should be shown under separate headings.
